Refunds, Returns and Product Warranty

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

1 Year Product Warranty

We stand by the product that we sell and because of that offer a one year warranty on all our sex toys and adult products. If you find your product is defective then we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund.

We ask you to return your defective products using our free post address, with a covering letter detailing the fault and if you require an exchange or a full refund (exchanges may not be possible if the product is out of stock and you will be issued with a refund). Please contact us to get our free post returns address (please note this is only for defective items if your item is found to be working or in an unacceptable condition you will be charged for the delivery taken from your refund)

If the product uses batteries we ask you to try different sets of batteries and make sure the connections are the correct way round before returning as defective.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £3.99

Refunds and exchanges will be dealt with under 24 hours after being received by ourselves (we aim to deal with them on the day they are received)

Restrictions

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods and sex toys. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

  1. The goods must be unused.
  2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received the order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing with a crotch are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.*
  7. Worn Clothing may not be refundable.*
  8. Videos and magazines are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

If delivery cannot be made because of customer action (for example wrong address entered, not picked up after delivery was attempted, customer refuses delivery) we reserve to right to charge a return fee and take out any costs incurred by us (for example from the delivery company) out of any reimbursement made. 

* Clothing and Lingerie

Due to obvious health and safety reasons some items of clothing we are not able to refund or return (unless defective). personal items of clothing such as items with a crotch cannot be returned under any circumstance. items of clothing that have evidence of being used or overly handled are also unable to be refunded.

With clothes, we suggest you try them on with under clothing to make sure they fit and if it is not as you were expecting then you can send them back for a refund or exchange.
