We offer a number of different delivery options at checkout If you live in the UK the fastest option is Next Working Day. Outside the UK can be longer and delivery outside of Europe can take up to 2 weeks.

Yes. For faulty or defective products we offer a free post address for a replacement. Please contact us for the address.
We also offer a 1 year warranty on all electrical products. If the product is defective please contact us for the free post address and we will exchange your item for a new one.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £2.50
Unfortunately we cannot provide specific estimates for individual products. We have stock delivery numerous times per week but not from all the same supplier. We do offer a service where you can sign up to be alerted when a product comes back in stock. Simple navigate to the product page and enter your email address to sign up for stock alert on that product.
We understand that to many people when buying products of an adult nature, discretion is very important. Your bank statement will not any reference to our website name but instead, the charge will be displayed as coming from our parent company 123 Shopping Network Limited.
